Pay Transparency and its Effects

The webinar explores issues of pay transparency and gender-neutral job evaluation and classification system. The European Commission’s Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025 sets out a commitment to address the gender pay gap and gender pension gap. This webinar sought to deepen knowledge and understanding of the intended and unintended effects attendant on pay transparency measures in general, and of the particular role for gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems  in facilitating pay transparency and the practical forms this could take in doing so.
